Before a single foundation is poured, our clients need to see — and sell — the finished building. This photorealistic rendering of a multi-storey hotel and commercial development shows the glazed podium, landscaped forecourt and tower massing exactly as they will appear on completion.
Approach
We build every visualisation from the working architectural model, not from a sketch, so what the client approves is what gets built. Materials, glazing, lighting and landscaping are modelled to scale, and camera angles are chosen to explain the design to investors, authorities and future occupants.
Outcome
