In healthcare, the interior is part of the care. This hospital reception uses clean white surfaces, warm timber slatted ceilings and clear brand signage to create a space that feels calm, hygienic and easy to navigate.
Approach
We designed around patient flow, way-finding and infection control: durable, easy-clean finishes, clear sight-lines from the reception desk and lighting that is bright without being clinical. Brand elements were integrated so the space feels welcoming rather than institutional.
Outcome
A reception and patient environment that reassures visitors from the moment they walk in and works efficiently for the staff who use it every day.
